Description

"Grafted plant Cempedak A tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, closely related to jackfruit and breadfruit. It has a pungent aroma similar to durian, thick, soft, yellow-orange flesh, a sweet, rich flavor, and a segmented skin. Cempedak is rich in nutrients like vitamin A and fiber and is often used in fried or fermented foods (mandai)."
